PotaotesMy motto in life is frequently “what I lack in experience, I make up for in enthusiasm”. It has served me well so far however I’ve not tried making my own recipes before. Obviously I have not invented the idea of serving a tomato sauce with pasta, or many of the other basic ideas from which my recipes have evolved. What I do is take inspiration from a variety of sources (which I will always credit) and combine with my own vegan twist.
